Instructions
Wash and chop the chard, garlic and onion.
Boil water in a big pot and put the chard. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Remove, drain and dry.
In the meantime sauté the onion for 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic for some more minutes. The onion must be soft and translucent.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat.
Add the chard, onion and garlic in a bowl. Mix until integrating.
Heat some oil in a non stick pan, pour the mixture and spread well.
Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat or until the edges are brown. Flip using a plate.
Continue cooking until done.
Once ready, serve cold or hot.
