Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. Then soak it in half the oil.
Take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes or the oven/air fryer over 356 °F (180 °C) for 8 minutes.
You can also put in a pan with a bit of water. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
For the filling, heat the remaining oil in a grill over medium heat. In the meantime, cut the chicken into bites, chop the garlic and add salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken and brown all its sides. This will take 3-4 minutes.
Then lower the heat a bit, add the garlic and continue cooking until well cooked. Set aside.
Fill each half with the chicken and cover with cheese.
Oven/air fryer option: Bake for 7 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C) or cook for 5 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C) in the air fryer until the cheese melts.
