    Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. You can use green, red and/or yellow.

    Soak the bell pepper with half the oil. Then, take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes or cook in the oven/air fryer over 356 °F (180 °C) for 8 minutes.

    You can also put in a pan with a bit of water. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

    For the filling, preheat the pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef and chop the garlic.
