Peel and slice the carrot. Then, shell the corn.
Put the corn in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 6 minutes. Then, add the carrot with the peas and let boil for 6 more minutes.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, cut the chicken and add salt to taste.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and put the chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat while stirring from time to time.
