For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, shell the corn.
Once boiling, add the corn and let it boil for 12 minutes. Next, remove, drain and set aside.
Marinate the chicken with half of the soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder. Let stand for a few minutes or cook immediately.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the chicken. Let cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Place the rice in a bowl as a base and cover with the diced avocado and tomato. Next, add the corn.
Add the chicken cut into slices and add the remaining soy sauce. If desired, add a pinch of stevia and ginger powder.
