    Using a rolling pin, flatten de chicken breast putting it between two plastic sheets. Then add salt and pepper.

    Put 1/3 of the spinach in the center and roll. Use some wooden sticks to close it safely from one extreme to the other.

    Heat 1/3 of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the chicken.
