Place a pot with water over high heat. Meanwhile, cut off the ends of woody of the asparagus.
Once boiling, add the peas and boil for 3 minutes. Then add the asparagus and boil for 3 more minutes. Remove and drain.
At the same time, heat half of the oil in a pan over high heat. Cut the chicken into pieces and add salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the avocado into wedges.
Place the chicken, asparagus, peas and avocado on a plate.
Season with the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated or sliced Parmesan cheese.
