  • Red Cabbage1/2 cup (45 g)
  • Spinach1/2 cup (15 g)
  • Radish1/3 cup (40 g)
  • Avocado1/2 count (120 g)
  • Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat a pan or grill to medium-high heat. In the meantime, dice the chicken and add salt and pepper.

    Once heated, pour the oil and add the chicken. Lower the heat to medium, cook for 6-8 minutes stirring so its fully browned, remove and set aside.

    In a bowl put the vegetables forming a circle and the chicken dices in the centre. You can use baby spinach or the traditional one.
