  • Scallion5 tablespoon (25 g)
  • Parsley1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Green Beans1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Bell Pepper1/4 count (30 g)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, cut off the ends of the green beans and peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the green beans and the potato. Boil for 12 minutes and when 6 minutes are left, remove the green beans.

    Separately, cut the chicken breast into strips and chop the scallions, bell pepper and parsley.

    Place a pan over high heat and once heated, pour half of the oil.

    Add the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

    In the same pan, add the remaining oil to the chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side.

    Once the potato is done, remove, drain and mix with the milk and butter. Mash until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
