Instructions
Clean the rice, chop the garlic and add salt and pepper to the chicken. Set aside.
Put the rice with the garlic and turmeric in a pot with boiling water (the amount of water should be the double of the rice).
Heat the pot over high heat and, once boiling, lower it to minimum and cover.
After 5 minutes, add the peas to the pot and cover again. Let cook for 12-15 more minutes.
Once the rice is ready, add salt and pepper, half the oil, mix well and turn off.
Then, preheat the grill over high heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and put the chicken.
Let cook each side for 4-5 minutes until ready. Turn off.
Dice the tomato and mix with the rice. If you want, you can add some lemon juice.
Serve the chicken with the rice, peas and tomato.
