  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Green Beans1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Mushrooms1/2 cup (35 g)
  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Scallion1 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    Step 1

    Peel and dice the potato. Boil for 10-12 minutes until soft.

    At the same time, heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
