For this recipe you need to have cooked rice.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, chop the onion and potato.
Once heated, add half of the oil with the onion and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
When the onion takes on a transparent color, add the ground beef, potato, salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, chop the carrot together with the bell pepper. You can use red, green and/or yellow bell pepper as you like.
When the beef has browned, add the chopped vegetables and the remaining oil to the pan.
Mix well, cover and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally and, once done, remove.
