Instructions
Shell the corn and place in a pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 12 minutes, remove and drain.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash and place in another pot filled with boiling water.
Boil for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.
Separately, heat a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the beef into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the beef.
Sear over medium heat until browned on all sides, this will take approximately 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the garlic and grate the carrot.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry together with the beef for 5-6 minutes.
Next, add the corn and cauliflower. Season with the remaining oil, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the beef with the corn and cauliflower on a plate.
