Instructions
Peel and slice the potato (not so thickly.) Then put in a pot with boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Then heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to both sides of the fish.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the fish. Cook each side for 4 minutes.
At the same time, peel and chop the garlic. Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium heat and, once heated, add the garlic.
Stir-fry for some seconds and add the spinach with salt and pepper. Mix well and cover.
Cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat while stirring from time to time.
Once the potatoes are ready, remove and add to the pan with the spinach. Mix well and turn off.
Serve the fish with the potatoes.
