Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the potato. Let it boil for 8-10 minutes until soft but not falling apart. Drain and set aside.
Simultaneously, heat a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the beef into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil and the beef.
Cook the beef over medium heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
Then add the chopped garlic and continue cooking until desired. Turn off.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add the cooked potatoes.
Brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Serve the garlic beef with potatoes on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
