Clean the fish and add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cover. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

Once the fish is removed from the pan add the mixture and stir until the butter melts.

Once heated, add the remaining oil with the mushrooms.
Saute for 4-6 minutes until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste and if you want a pinch of turmeric or curry for better flavor. Set aside.
Serve the garlic fish with the sautéed mushrooms on a plate.
