Instructions
Place a non-stick pan over high heat. If you don't have one, add a little oil.
While heating, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken breast and cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat. Once done, cut into strips.
At the same time, dice the tomato, shred the lettuce and slice the avocado. You can also use cherry tomatoes instead but follow the indicated amount.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then add the chicken strips and mix well. Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder and a little mustard.
