Green Salad with Chicken, Apple, Mozzarella Cheese and Walnuts

Ingredients

• Chicken Breast150 g
• Granny Smith1 count (160 g)
• Spinach2 cup (60 g)
• Walnuts5 half (20 g)
• Mozzarella Cheese1 slice (25 g)
• Olive Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)
• Vinegar1 tablespoon (10 g)

   Step 1

   For this recipe you can use vinegar or lemon juice.

   Heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper the chicken.

   Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Once done, remove and set aside.

   Meanwhile, cut the apple into thin wedges and cut the Mozzarella into small pieces.

   Wash and dry the spinach.

   Place the spinach, apple, walnuts and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl.

   Season with the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
