  • Beef Tenderloin200 g
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Bay Leaves1 count (1 g)
  • Oregano1/2 tablespoon (2 g)
  • Olive Oil1/2 tablespoon (5 ml)

    Step 1

    Wash, cut into wedges and put the potato in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 10-12 minutes.

    In the meantime, chop the tomato with the garlic and put in a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour half the oil.

    Add the tomato with the garlic and a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Next, add the bay leaf, cover and let stir-fry for 5 more minutes.

    Once the potatoes are ready, remove, drain and pour the olive oil. Heat another pan to medium heat.

    Once the pan is heated, put the potatoes and let cook for 2 minutes per side until browned.

    Once the potatoes are browned, remove, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano. If you want, you can cook them in the air fryer.

    If you cook them in the air fryer or the oven, you don't need to boil them. After cutting them, season with oregano and bake for 20-25 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C.)

    Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef tenderloin and you can add cumin if desired.
