Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potato into wedges.
Cut off the ends of the green beans.
Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes and after 2-3 minutes add the green beans.
Boil for 6 more minutes until the green beans and potatoes are soft but not falling apart. Drain.
At the same time, place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the piece of beef with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the beef.
Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add the cooked potatoes.
Brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
Serve the beef with the potatoes and green beans on a plate. Season the latter with lemon juice and add some chopped bell pepper if desired.
