  • Green Beans1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Carrot1/2 medium (30 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
  • Milk1/4 cup (60 ml)

    Cut off the ends of the green beans and then cut into 2 or 3 pieces. Chop or grate the garlic.

    Then peel the carrot and cut into strips. Add salt to both sides of the beef.

    Heat half the oil in a pan. Once heated, add the beef and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Turn off and remove.

    Heat the butter in the same pan as the vegetables and, once melted, add the garlic, stir-fry for some seconds and add the milk.

    Let cook over medium heat until it reduces its volume and turn off. If you want, you can add rosemary, thyme or oregano.

    Serve the beef with the vegetables and pour the sauce.
