  • Lettuce1 cup (35 g)
  • Pumpkin1 cup (160 g)
  • Carrot1/2 medium (30 g)
  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the pumpkin and carrot.

    Once the water comes to a boil, add the vegetables. Let boil for 12 minutes.

    Place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the beef piece with salt and pepper. Preferably use a lean cut.

    Once heated, add 1/3 of the oil, spread and add the beef. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. The time will depend on the thickness of the piece.
