For this recipe you need cooked beets.
Boil water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Once boiling, add the potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain.
In the same pot, cook the green beans, previously cut, for 6 minutes. Remove once tender.
Then peel and slice the beets.
Once the potatoes are ready, heat a grill over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef. It's better to use a lean cut.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and then add the beef with the potatoes.
Cook each side of the beef for 4-6 minutes and each side of the potato for 1-2 minutes until slightly brown.
Remove once cooked as desired.
Season the beets and green beans with the remaining oil and lemon juice.
Serve the beef with potatoes, beets and green beans on a plate.
