  • Spinach2 leaf (20 g)
  • Mustard1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Stevia1 packet (1 g)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes and boil for 12 minutes.

    Place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the beef piece with salt and pepper. Preferably use a lean cut.

    Once heated, pour half of the oil, add the beef and lower the heat to medium. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. The time will depend on the thickness of the piece.
