For this recipe you need cooked beets.
Boil water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Once boiling, add the potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain.
In the same pot, cook the green beans, previously cut, for 6 minutes. Remove once tender.
At the same time, heat half the oil in a grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Once heated, add to the grill and cook each side for 4-6 minutes.
Once flipped, add the remaining oil with the cooked potatoes and brown in the grill.
Remove once cooked as desired and slice the chicken.
Peel the beets, slice and put on a plate with the chicken, potatoes and green beans.
Season the vegetables with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
