Season the fish with half of the oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cut the carrot into slices and the broccoli into small florets. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus.
You can use broccoli, cauliflower or a combination of them.
Place the carrot in a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes. When there are 3 minutes of cooking time left, add the broccoli and asparagus.
