Grilled Fish with Browned Potatoes and Celery and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• Fish200 g
• Potato1 medium (180 g)
• Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
• Celery1.5 stalk (60 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
• Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)

Instructions

   Step 1

   Peel and dice the potato. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until soft without breaking. Drain.

   At the same time, heat the grill over high heat. In the meantime, clean the fish and season with salt and pepper to taste.

   Once heated, pour half the oil and add the fish.

   Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Once cooked as desired, remove.

   In the meantime, cut the tomato and celery for the salad. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

   Season the potato with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt. Brown for some minutes on the grill over high heat.

   Serve the grilled fish with brown potatoes and tomato and celery salad.
