For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Season the fish piece with half the oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In the meantime, shell the corn and dice the bell pepper and onion.
Put the corn in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes. Next, soak the onion in salted water.
Once the corn is ready, remove and stop cooking process with cold water.
In a bowl, put the corn, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Optional: Add chopped jalapeno and/or cilantro
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook each side for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Once ready, serve the fish, vegetables and rice on a plate.
