Instructions
Peel and slice the potato (not so thickly.) Then put in a pot with boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Then heat a pan over high heat and, in the meantime, add salt and pepper to both sides of the fish.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the fish. Cook each side for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Once the potatoes are ready, remove and drain. If you want, you can put under iced water to stop cooking process and make a cold salad.
Mix the potatoes with the onion, remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the fish with potatoes.
