Instructions
Wash and cut the potato into pieces. Shell the corn. Place both in a pot with boiling water.
Let the potato boil for 10-12 minutes and the corn for 12-15 minutes. Once ready, remove, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, heat a pan over medium heat and add salt and pepper to the pork.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the pork. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes until ready.
Chop the bell pepper and the scallion and mix with the corn. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can add some chopped chili pepper.
Serve the potatoes with the corn and pork.
