Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes and boil for 12 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
At the same time, place a pan over high heat. While heating, season the turkey with salt and pepper. Optional: Add lemon juice.
Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the turkey. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes per side.
Separately, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and while heating, slice the leek.
Add the leek, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until tender. If you wish, you can add nutmeg.
Once the potato is done, mix with the milk and butter. Mash until creamy and season with salt and pepper.
Once everything is done, serve hot.
