Meanwhile, cut the bread diagonally to divide it into two triangles.

Spread some dressing on one half of the bread. Top with chopped olives, spread some more vinaigrette on the other half of the bread and place on top of the olives.
Spread the dressing on the bread and add the diced, sliced and/or mashed avocado.
Top with a bread slice and add the egg with mayonnaise.
Place another bread slice and serve.
