  • Low-Fat Greek Yogurt1.5 cup (360 g)
  • Vanilla Extract3 teaspoon (15 g)
  • Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Skim Milk3/4 cup (180 ml)
  • Cinnamon1 pinch (1 g)
  • Stevia2 packet (2 g)

Instructions

    Step 1

    For this recipe you need oat flour. In case you have rolled oats, blend until pulverized.

    In a bowl place the egg, egg whites, 2/3 of the yogurt, 2/3 of the vanilla extract, oats and baking powder.

    Mix everything until thickened and add stevia to taste.

    Microwave for 3 minutes. Once ready, remove from mold, place in another bowl and use a knife to make small holes. Set aside.

    In another bowl, place the milk together with half of the remaining vanilla extract and stevia to taste. Mix and pour over the cake until it absorbs all the liquid.

    For the frosting: Mix the remaining ingredients (yogurt and vanilla extract) with cinnamon and stevia to taste.

    Pour the frosting over the cake and garnish with cinnamon powder.
