In a bowl, mix 110g of flour with yeast and 180 ml of milk. Once mixed, let sit for 1 hour and a half.
Next, add the remaining flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 70 ml of milk. the yolks and salt.
Mix for 10 minutes and add the butter little by little. It should be at room temperature.
Knead for 10 more minutes until obtaining an elastic dough. Grease a bowl, add the dough, cover and let sit until the next day.
The next day, the dough would have doubled its size and, using a rolling pin, roll the dough until it has 1-2 cm of thickness and cut the donuts.
Put in a tray with flour, cover and let sit for 45 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the glaze: put the powdered sugar in a bowl with lemon juice and the remaining milk.
Mix using a stick until slightly thick and, if you want, add the sweetener.
After 45 minutes, heat the oil and saute each side for 1-2 minutes. Dip into the glaze.
