  • Peas3/4 cup (150 g)
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)
  • Lemon Juice2 tablespoon (30 g)

    Place a pot with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potato. Optional: You can use small potatoes.

    Meanwhile, heat a small pot with water and a pinch of salt.

    Once boiling, add the peas, boil for 6 minutes and drain. Season with half of the lemon juice and set aside.

    Lastly, clean the fish and season with the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the fish. Cook 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
