Instructions
Place a pot with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potato. Optional: You can use small potatoes.
Once the water boiling, add the potato. Boil for 8-10 minutes and drain.
Meanwhile, heat a small pot with water and a pinch of salt.
Once boiling, add the peas, boil for 6 minutes and drain. Season with half of the lemon juice and set aside.
Lastly, clean the fish and season with the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the fish. Cook 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
Once done, remove and ser with the peas and potatoes.
Add the remaining oil to the potatoes.
Optional: Season the potatoes with scallion, oregano and/or chopped parsley.
