For this recipe you need cooked lentils. You can also use arugula or any green leaf you want.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and chop the scallion.
Heat half the oil in a pan and add the chicken. Add salt and pepper and saute over medium heat for 8 minutes while stirring from time to time until well cooked.
