• Lettuce1 cup (35 g)
• Ham2 slice (60 g)
• Carrot1 medium (60 g)
• Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Avocado1/4 count (60 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

   For this recipe you need cooked lentils.

   Shred the lettuce and dice the ham and cucumber.
