Lentil, Lettuce, Carrot and Tomato Salad with Avocado Dressing

• Lentils1 cup (200 g)
• Lettuce1 cup (35 g)
• Carrot1 medium (60 g)
• Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Avocado1/4 count (60 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

   Shred the lettuce and dice the tomato.
