For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Drain the tofu.
In a bowl put the soy sauce, a tablespoon of water, chopped cilantro, garlic paste or powder and half the oil. You can add a pinch of paprika.
Put the tofu in the bowl, mix with the marinade and let sit for some minutes.
Next, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, add the tofu with the marinade.
Cook for 5-8 minutes or until both sides are browned. Remove.
While you cut the onion into strips, heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium heat.
Once heated, stir-fry the onion for 5 minutes until translucent.
Then add the broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 more minutes. Season to taste and remove from heat.
Place the marinated tofu with rice and stir-fried vegetables on a plate.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
