Heat salted water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the potato.
Once boiling, add the potato and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Next, drain the tofu and cut in two.
Pour the milk in one big plate and the breadcrumbs in another. If you want, you can add some sesame seeds to the breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the tofu and soak in the almond milk and then cover with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the tofu. Brown both sides for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Once ready, remove and set aside.
Once the potatoes are ready, season with the remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste and chopped garlic.
Serve the breaded tofu with potatoes on a plate.
