  • Almond Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Parsley1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    Heat salted water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the potato.

    Once boiling, add the potato and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
