For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Drain and dice the tofu.
Place half the olive oil, curry, garlic paste or powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Optional: Add paprika and a bit of soy sauce.
Put the tofu in a bowl, mix with the marinade and let sit for some minutes.
Next, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, add the tofu with the marinade. If you want, you can add the cooked broccoli to brown it.
Cook for 5-8 minutes or until both sides are browned. Remove.
Put the quinoa, marinated tofu, broccoli, raisins and sliced almonds in a bowl.
Season with the remaining olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
