  • Broccoli1/2 cup (45 g)

  • Raisins1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Cilantro1 tablespoon (3 g)
  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)

    For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.

    Drain and dice the tofu.
