In a bowl, mix the mustard with 1/3 of the oil, soy sauce, paprika, stevia and add salt and pepper.
Soak the pork in the prepared mixture and let sit for some minutes while you heat a pan over high heat.
Once heated, add the marinated pork and brown both sides over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes.
Then lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until well cooked. Remove.
In the meantime, cut the lettuce and cucumber for the salad.
Season with lemon juice, the remaining oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pork with salad on a plate.
