Instructions
For this recipe you need oat flour. In case you have rolled oats, blend until pulverized.
Mix the oat flour with the water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Separately, cut the beef into thin strips and chop the vegetables. If you have garlic, chop a little and add.
Place a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and thyme to taste. Let cook for 5 minutes and add a little water and the tomato sauce.
Add the beef, mix, cover and cook for 8 more minutes.
Next, place a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you do not have a non-stick pan, use a little oil.
Once heated, add the oat mixture and spread it forming a tortilla. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Serve the beef with the taco.
