For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the garlic with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 1 minute over medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to the fish and add to the pan with the garlic.
Cook while stirring until all its sides are browned. This will take about 4-5 minutes.

Cover and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Peel and dice the avocado and mango.
