Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.
Separately, cut the broccoli into florets.
Once boiling, add the potatoes and boil for 10-12 minutes. When 3 minutes are left, add the broccoli. Remove, drain and set aside.
Chop the onion with the garlic and season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Place a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the onion with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the garlic, stir, remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes per side over medium heat. When you flip it over, add the oregano on both sides.
Add half of the milk, the stir-fry and extra oregano. Let it boil for 2 minutes, season to taste and turn off.
When the potato is ready, remove, drain and mash using a fork until creamy.
Add the butter, remaining milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Serve the orange chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
