Heat a pot with boiling water over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the sweet potato.
Once boiling, add the sweet potato. Let boil for 10 minutes until soft without breaking.
Once soft, remove and drain.
Brown each side of the sweet potato on half the oil heated for about 2 minutes.
Next, the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
Heat the grill over high heat. In the meantime, dice the chicken and season with the remaining olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until well cooked.
Put the oregano chicken with the sweet potato, avocado and broccoli in a plate.
Season the latter with the remaining olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
