For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Chop the garlic, cut the bell pepper and onion into pieces and slice the carrot.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, add half the oil and the vegetables.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat until the onion gets translucent.
Add the soy sauce, cover and let cook over low heat for 5 more minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Remove.

Cook for 5-7 minutes depending on how thick it is. Flip over and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
