Once the water comes to a boil, add the potato and boil for 8-10 minutes or until soft but not falling apart. Drain.
Simultaneously, place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the beef piece with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the piece.
When flipping, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add the cooked potatoes.
Brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Serve the parsley beef with browned potatoes on a plate.
