  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
  • Parsley1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Ham1/2 slice (15 g)
  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Green Beans1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Carrot1/2 medium (30 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    Step 1

    For this recipe you can use either green beans or asparagus or both.

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes and boil for 12 minutes.

    Simultaneously, peel the carrot and cut off the ends of the green beans. You can use baby or normal carrots. You can cut them into strips or slices.

    Place the vegetables in another pot of boiling water and boil for 6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Place a pan over high heat and while heating, season the pork with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley.

    Once heated, pour in half of the oil, add the pork and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

    Once the beef has been flipped, add the garlic and parsley. Optional: You can cover and if necessary, add water to let it finish cooking.

    Once the potatoes are soft, remove, drain and mash.

    Add milk, butter, ham cut into small pieces (it can be turkey or chicken). Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.

    In a dish serve the pork with parsley and mashed potatoes with ham and vegetables. Season the vegetables with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt. Optional: Add lemon juice.
