Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic.
Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the chicken breast. Brown for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
Once done, add the garlic, stir and cook for 1 more minute.
For the dressing: Mix plain yogurt with lemon juice, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
Once the pasta is done, place in a colander and let cool for a minute under running water. Drain well.
Mix the pasta with the chicken, broccoli and dressing. Serve.
